Responsibilities:

Ensure that all corporate relations activities are handled effectively and swiftly
Communicate with candidates who have cleared the Relevel test and the partnered corporates at various steps of the placement process
Coordinate with internal and external parties involved for a smooth candidate placement process
Ensure a constant flow of conversations with leading companies in India
Connect with TAs and HRs from these companies to propagate Relevel’s value proposition
Collaborate with internal and client legal teams to ensure prompt closure of agreements

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent Communication, time management and negotiation skills
Self-Starter and able to work with little direct supervision
Energetic and flexible
Hard-working and team-oriented
