Frontend Engineer/Product Engineer | 0- 1 Yrs (2022 Batch Only ) | Bangalore/Gurugram (Hybrid) | Marketing Team

About Role and collaboration:

Frontend Developer is a critical role to create integrated digital experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert prospective customers on our website.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with the product, design, digital and integrated marketing teams to plan and deliver seamless web experiences across the customer journey across English and multi-lingual websites. An ideal candidate has the right technical acumen, and data-driven mindset to lead with a user-centric approach.


What will you do:

Create reusable, effective, and scalable components and frontend libraries
Execute on our website roadmap by working closely with cross-functional partners to develop scalable modules and features
Collaboration with the UX design, marketing, and development teams.
Own IA/UX improvements: Make our content more accessible for crawlers to drive organic traffic and the website experience more engaging.
Collaborates with other team members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new/improved web functionality


What makes you qualified?

0 - 1 years experience with a solid understanding of fundamental frontend web technologies, including JS (vanilla JS/ES6 experience required), HTML5 CSS3 ( css-in-js )
Experience with the React JS framework and awareness of the JAM stack (we run on Gatsby and Contentful)
Good understanding of HTTP request and response
Comfortable with git
A portfolio showcasing rich, interactive web UI developed with thoughtful design considerations will be a value add.
Good communication and personal skills; ability to interact and work well with members of other groups in a project team while demonstrating a strong sense of project ownership.
Ability to adapt and thrive within the fast pace and ambiguity of a growth organization.
